PAYMENT
As payment will be made online, it is important that you enter all the requested information accurately. This will ensure that there is no delay in the dispatch of your order. The information provided will be treated in the strictest confidence as per the Privacy Policy below.
Payment will be debited from the payment card provided upon acceptance of your order by Grooming House.
You hereby confirm that the payment card used for the transaction is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the payment card to use it for this purpose. All payment card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment, Grooming House will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
By making an offer to purchase a Product, you authorize Grooming House to perform credit checks and to transmit or to obtain information (including any updated information) about you to or from third parties, in order to (amongst others) authenticate your identity, validate your payment card, obtain an initial payment card authorization and allow individual purchase transactions.
Grooming House takes essential precautions to ensure the security of the Website. All payment card transactions on the Website are processed using a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and reliable, the Website uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. However, Grooming House will not be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
Products may be exchanged within 5 days of purchase. With respect to personalized Products, those may only be sent back to Grooming House for size adjustments, provided that this does not affect any of the personalized elements of the Product.
The purchaser shall pay for the cost of returning the Product and resending any replaced Product.
In order to be accepted for exchange, the Product must be in its original packaging and remain new and unused (no marks or signs of wear on the Product or tags). Please ensure when returning the parcel that the Grooming House packaging is properly protected.
Any Product that is returned for exchange otherwise than in accordance with the above shall be returned to you at your cost.
Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Grooming House. Please note that exchanges will be submitted through the same customs procedures, therefore may be applicable for duty and tax again.
